As a doula, I don’t replace any of those, but I am the one outside person who understands the systems and structures and will look at the whole picture with you, from your timeline to your finances, your emotions to your hopes and dreams.

I am a full spectrum doula and my focus is on preconception and fertility support and education. I offer nonjudgmental, unbiased emotional and informational care for individuals or families who are considering or actively pursuing pregnancy. If you are overwhelmed about where to start, I can help. If you are actively undergoing fertility treatments, I can be present and help you advocate for the care you want and deserve.
The preconception brainstorm is ideal for those who know they want to get pregnant but haven’t started trying yet. In a private, in-person or virtual consultation, I will meet you where you are in the planning process. I am a trained project manager and will help you organize the jumble of thoughts, questions, and concerns into an actionable plan.

• Delivery of a personalized Next Steps Plan and recommended resources within 7 days of conversation
• Text/email support between initial meeting and deliverable deadline as needed to clarify any points

Support can include:
• Emotional and practical support before, during, and after treatments
• Check-ins around provider appointments to help you prepare, advocate for your needs, and process outcomes
• In-person support (if desired) at procedures, monitoring appointments, insemination, retrievals, transfers, and beta hCG blood draws
• Guidance with insemination logistics, whether at-home via intracervical insemination (ICI), at-home or clinic-based intrauterine insemination (IUI), or in-vitro fertilization (IVF)
• Help navigating decisions around donor selection and legal considerations
• Personalized local referrals and resource-sharing based on your interests and learning style including books, podcasts, and websites
• Assistance researching costs, insurance coverage, and benefits packages
• Emotional support administering IVF/IUI medications
• Emotional support during waiting periods, including the two-week wait between insemination and pregnancy, as well as early stages of pregnancy

$650 for 1 month of dedicated support; $1650 for 3 months; $3000 for 6 months.
