A birth doula is a companion who can nurture and support you during pregnancy, labor, and birth. They bring a non-medical approach that focuses on helping prepare for birth and providing emotional and physical support during labor. Birth is not just a physical event—it is a deeply personal and transformative experience. As your doula, my goal is to ensure you feel supported and heard throughout.

Birth Doula

"Meghan is the doula I would choose time and time again."

"Before labor, Meghan helped me gameplan every scenario so I felt as prepared as possible for what came next. During labor, she was the constant supportive force I needed to see me through."

Testimonial

As a doula and trained childbirth educator through Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings, I bring both compassionate support and evidence-based education to your pregnancy and birth journey. My doula philosophy is rights-centered. I support your right to make decisions about your body, your right to informed consent and informed refusal, your right to ask questions and change your mind, and your right to receive respectful care that is free from discrimination.

My approach is to not only show up for families on the big day, but provide support throughout pregnancy. I do this through sharing pregnancy and birth-related resources as well as planning multiple prenatal meetings to build our relationship and provide space to deepen your knowledge, explore your options, and build your confidence. My approach is rooted in trust, connection, and evidence-based education. Whether this is your first birth or your fifth, I’ll meet you where you are with steady support and personalized care.
