I will not only show up for you on the big day, but I also include prenatal meetings to build our relationship and provide space to deepen your knowledge, explore your options, and build your confidence. My approach is rooted in trust, connection, and informed support. Whether this is your first birth or your fifth, I’ll meet you where you are with steady support and personalized care.

• 2 prenatal meetings to establish your wishes for birth and offer evidence-based education to ensure parent(s) are confident going into labor
• On-call availability at 37 weeks, including unlimited text/email support
• Emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth
• 1 postpartum wellness-check
• Access to the Bello Beginnings lending library of conception, pregnancy and parenting books

Pregnancy and Birth Doula Package
If my rates are outside of your budget, please don't hesitate to get in touch anyway. I offer a sliding scale so I can support people with different financial situations. I also accept donations to a community fund to help offset discounted services for those who need it most.
