Whether you are beginning your fertility journey, preparing for birth, or learning to carry your little one with confidence, I am here to support you.
As a fertility doula, I offer targeted preconception planning for those exploring options to get pregnant as well as emotional, logistical, and educational doula support for those using assisted paths in trying to conceive. As a birth doula, I bring compassionate and evidence-based care to pregnancy and birth. I am also a certified babywearing educator, and support caregivers in pregnancy and postpartum as they explore wearing babies with wraps, slings, and structured carriers.

I am a mom of two, and I'm passionate about supporting parents and parents-to-be. As a full spectrum doula, I focus on three main areas: fertility support and education, childbirth education and labor support, and babywearing education.
